Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle day to day operations so that the customer experience is maintained at highest levels
- Maintain and improve the key conversion factors
- Suggest process, product changes that could improve business efficiency
- Strong understanding of engines, parts/ components, and everything technical.
- 2+ years of experience as an Evaluator / Mechanic / Service Advisor or Assistant Service Advisor is preferred
- 2+ years of experience in Team handling/ Management experience will be an add on
