- Handle Retail/ Sales training programs as per market and business demand
- Curate and deliver innovative training programs.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions.
- Measure training effectiveness and tailor content to ensure continuous improvement.
- Design, develop, and update training programs and materials to meet organizational training needs.
- Utilize various instructional design methodologies and techniques to create engaging and effective training content.
- Incorporate adult learning principles and best practices to ensure maximum knowledge retention and skill application.
- Manage the organization's Learning Management System (LMS), including course creation, content uploading, and user management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth functioning and accessibility of the LMS.
- Monitor and track learner progress, generate reports, and analyze data to assess training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
