Primary Function/Responsibilities:
· Demonstrate personal credibility as an OCM Consultant with relevant experience in change management.
· Able to demonstrate this within the OCM team and on challenging client engagements.
· Use OCM methodologies and tools for requirements gathering, OCM design and client project delivery.
· Contribute the development and promotion of Organizational Change Management methods and tools, including presentations, RFP content, methodologies, toolkits and deliverables.
· Should possess excellent English language capabilities to develop the communication collaterals for the program
· Translate all the key docs from customer into English
· Be a liaison between the Arabic speaking customers and our global team
· Provide a range of program planning and reporting, workshop design and facilitation, data analysis and problem solving.
· Able to deliver work with virtual/offshore teams.
· Manage personal utilization to deliver quality outcomes
· Ability to travel 60%-100% on client engagements across the middle-east

Experience
The ideal candidate should have a total of 6-14 year of experience out of which minimum of 3+ years relevant Change Management experience having completed at least one full cycle project of 6-12 months. Preferably from HR background.

BS/ Masters – IT or HR or MIS
