Roles & Responsibilities
- Data Consistency:Ensure all Data is accurately charged in SFDC and there is 100% alignment between the database (SAP & IScala) and the cloud-based software (SFDC)
- Participate in PGB and CRM Adoption meetings for monthly releases
- Participate in IT follow-up meetings when necessary
- Monitor and analyze competitive activity, customer, and market trends
- Develop methods and strategies for assessing large amounts of data
- Study past sales data to determine trends in efficiency
- Data Analysis:Provide customized monthly report through Power BI/Alteryx analysis to every MEA country stakeholders
Present and explain such analysis and their insights to each of the countries
Develop new analysis and insights through Alteryx flows and Power BI reports with SAP & iScala and Salesforce data
Improve and optimize already existing reports and analysis.
