Roles & Responsibilities
Responsible for Technical Designs, working with Engineering and Product counterparts across the organization.
Responsible for driving teams to consensus on designs.
Responsible for representing Designs to internal and external parties.
Responsible for providing Design expertise and requirements to colleagues across the organization.
Responsible for developing multi-year Design strategy and roadmap.
Create or tailor reference architecture design documentation, bill of materials (BoMs), project plans and other design or project artefacts.
Perform estimation and capacity planning to ensure spaces and services are sized correctly.
Act in a technical advisory role to Project and Program Managers to ensure that technically optimal decisions are made during project planning and execution.
Work with the business and other non
technical resources to provide financial guidance and forecasting based on the available technical requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
15 or more years Design management and support experience.
Master’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or related discipline.
Global experience in Design and Design management on large scale projects.
Strategic and creative problem
solver strong communication, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex ideas.
Highly diplomatic with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
Ability to prioritize among multiple work streams.
Proficiency in project management tools.

Other Employment Details:

HRA 25 % or provided by the company.
Transportation - Company Car provided.
One year contract.
Vacation - 21 calendar days after 12 months.
