We are seeking a highly experienced Specialist, Paid Ads with a strong emphasis on Google Ads and retargeting campaigns to join our advertising team. The ideal candidate must bring at least 4 years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing paid media campaigns, particularly within the Google Ads ecosystem. You will be instrumental in executing scalable ad strategies that drive results across multiple digital platforms.
- Develop, manage, and scale paid advertising campaigns with a primary focus on Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube)
- Execute high-converting retargeting and remarketing strategies across Google Ads, Meta, and other platforms
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis to optimize campaign performance
- Collaborate with design and content teams to develop effective ad creatives and landing pages
- Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to achieve performance targets (CPA, ROAS, CTR, etc.)
- Produce weekly and monthly reports with insights and actionable recommendations
- Stay up to date with evolving platform capabilities, ad policies, and industry best practices
