  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including the creative, production, and logistics teams, to ensure flawless event execution.
  • Provide clients with event updates, timelines, and relevant documentation.
  • Ensure all client requests and changes are incorporated efficiently into the event planning process.
  • Monitor and assess client satisfaction, gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
