 - Handle full scale Wedding Hall & Catering Teams.
 - Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to secure necessary resources and services for events.
 - Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met.
 - Create event timelines and schedules, ensuring all tasks are completed on time.
 - Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to gather event requirements and ensure their needs are met.
 - Manage event logistics, including venue setup, audiovisual equipment, and transportation.
 - Oversee event registration and attendee management, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience.
 - Coordinate with marketing and communications teams to promote events and drive attendance.
 - Conduct post-event evaluations and analyze feedback to continuously improve event planning and execution.
 - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to deliver innovative and impactful events.
