We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Finance with a strong background in the UAE real estate industry to join our rapidly growing development company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, ensuring sound financial health, compliance, and providing strategic financial guidance to drive sustainable growth and expansion in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Financial Leadership: Provide financial leadership and insights specific to real estate development, offering recommendations to shape the company’s financial strategy in alignment with both project-specific and long-term business goals.
• Financial Planning & Analysis (Real Estate): Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes, tailored to real estate projects, ensuring accurate financial planning, cost analysis, and investment scenarios.
• Project Cost Management & Feasibility Analysis: Oversee financial feasibility studies and cost management for development projects, ensuring that project expenses and profitability are accurately tracked and reported.
• Cash Flow & Capital Management: Manage cash flow and liquidity requirements for large-scale real estate developments, ensuring working capital availability and optimal financial performance across ongoing and future projects.
• Compliance & Financial Reporting: Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations, RERA guidelines, and company policies, while maintaining accurate financial reporting for both internal and external stakeholders.
