Key Responsibilities:

· Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets, focusing on both digital and traditional broadcasting markets.

· Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and new revenue streams, tailoring sales approaches to industry demands and audience needs.

· Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, advertisers, and agencies, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

· Revenue Growth & Sales Targets: Lead the sales team in meeting and exceeding revenue targets through innovative sales techniques, negotiations, and market expansion strategies.

· Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, production, and content teams to align sales efforts with Yalla TV's broader strategic objectives and optimize market positioning.

· Client pitching Deck: Create a custom package

Eligibility Criteria:

1. 5-8 Years of Experience in Media Sales: Proven track record in strategy and sales management within the media industry, ideally with experience in both digital and traditional TV broadcasting.

2. Strong Sales and Business Development Skills: Demonstrated ability to create, execute, and manage sales strategies that drive revenue growth and market share.

3. Valid UAE Driving License: The role requires frequent travel to meet with clients and attend industry events, so having a car is essential.

4. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a Related Field: Educational qualifications that support strategic thinking, sales management, and business acumen.

5. Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships, negotiate deals, and represent Yalla TV at industry events.
