This employment opportunity is with a large Consulting company in UAE.
Your responsibilities will involve:
• Manage daily accounting responsibilities, payroll invoices.
• Update SOAs, income statements, financial reports, PLN.
• Manage follow ups and reminders for payments.
• Oversee the collection for each payment.
• Manage the company's commercial documents and renewals.
• Manage daily accounts and operations.
• Prepare costings and supporting the management with the quotations, proposals, and general requests for quotes.
• Coordinate with clients with all Accounts-related matters and ensure timely payments.
• Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity.
• Audit financial transactions and documents.
• Comply with financial policies and regulations.
• Analyze different general ledger accounts regularly.
• Develop budgetary plans for processes as per requirement.
• Prepare journal entries and synthesize common ledger for subsidiary accounts.

• Preferably with own visa
• Should have Bachelors degree in any Accounting degree
• Should be able to operate ERP/Tally
• Should generate reports through software/Tally
• Proactive
• Detail-oriented
• From any industry background.
• Minimum 3 years UAE experience
• With relevant VAT filing experience/knowledge
