- Manage membership inquiries, processing new sign-ups and renewals with accuracy and efficiency to enhance member satisfaction.
- Handle daily administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments for personal training sessions and managing class bookings.
- Act as the first point of contact for any member concerns or complaints, resolving issues promptly and effectively to retain membership loyalty.
- Coordinate with personal trainers and fitness instructors to ensure smooth operations and timely communication regarding schedules.
- Monitor and manage entry and exit of members, ensuring the security and safety of the facility while adhering to privacy protocols.
- Assist in promoting gym programs, events, and merchandise, utilizing strong sales skills to boost participation and revenue.
- Utilize gym management software to track member attendance and manage billing, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area, ensuring a professional environment that reflects the gym's brand.
