The Handover Executive acts as the main point of contact between the developer and the client during the handover phase.
- Inspect properties to ensure they meet quality standards and are free of defects.
- Handel any queries, concerns, or complaints from clients.
- Identify and address any final issues or snags before handover.
- Keep detailed records of the handover process and report on the status of the manager.
Pre-Handover Coordination
· Ensure that all legal and regulatory paperwork is in order (e.g., title deeds, contracts, and certificates of compliance).
· Arrange for a pre-handover inspection to ensure the property is in good condition and ready for transfer. This can include checking for construction defects, repairs, or incomplete work.
· Work with construction, maintenance, and cleaning teams to ensure that the property is fully prepared for handover.
Prepare necessary documents, keys, warranties, handover Kit and user manuals for the Owners.
Handover Process
· Accompany the owner during the final inspection of the property. Address any concerns or issues raised during the inspection.
· Complete all necessary documentation to formally hand over the property. This could include signing handover documents, Formalities, snagging and rectification reports.
· Resolve any last-minute issues or concerns, such as minor repairs, cleaning, or missing fixtures.
Post-Handover
· Ensure that the owners are informed about any warranties, maintenance, or necessary repairs that are covered after handover by DLP.
· coordinate with the property management team to ensure the smooth transition of maintenance or operational responsibilities after the handover.
· Report any issues or delays in the handover process to senior management or handover manager.
· Provide feedback on the handover process to improve efficiency and client satisfaction for future transactions.
Obtain a Google review from the client to ensure that the client is satisfied
