We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead and manage HR operations for our gas stations, supermarkets, and logistics divisions. The role requires strong expertise in payroll management, recruitment, and end-to-end HR operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Saudi Arabia, particularly in managing compliance processes such as Qiwa and Muqeem, and must be capable of developing and overseeing training and employee development programs.
· Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
· Oversee payroll management and related operations internally.
· Manage full employee life cycle – from appointment to end of service.
· Supervise and coordinate HR operations across gas stations, supermarkets, and logistics divisions.
· Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and HR regulations.
· Manage Qiwa and Muqeem portals (GOSI handled by current HR staff).
· Lead recruitment and onboarding processes across departments.
· Coordinate employee training and development programs.
· Handle performance management and appraisal systems.
· Support HR policy creation, implementation, and compliance.
· Collaborate with finance on payroll accuracy and budgeting.
· Monitor and enhance employee engagement and retention strategies.
· Work with the management team on manpower planning and HR audits.
· Utilize the existing ERP system for HR operations and support future system transitions.
· Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business administration (Master’s preferred).
· Minimum 5 years of HR experience in Saudi Arabia.
· Strong understanding of Saudi labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
· Proven experience managing HR for FMCG, logistics, retail, or related sectors.
· Experience with Qiwa, Muqeem, and ERP systems.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications.
· Fluency in English (Arabic preferred).
