Roles & Responsibilities

This role will be required to:

  • 6 months contract duration
  • Looking for immediate joiners
  • Apply subject expertise in evaluating business operations and processes.
  • Identifying areas where technical solutions would improve business performance.
  • Consulting across business operations, providing mentorship, and contributing specialized knowledge.
  • Recommending technical solutions and determining software development requirements.
  • Providing subject expertise and guidance to IT developers during the software development life cycle.
  • Verifying technical reference information, including user guides, training manuals, and system requirements.
  • Ensuring accurate representation of expertise prior to the distribution of technical solutions to end-users.
  • Documenting processes and disseminating information to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Support design, development, delivery and management of communications.
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
  • Support training efforts provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of programs priorities.

Desired Candidate Profile

· Demonstrable credentials as a HR analyst.

· 3-5 years of experience working in the HR domain.

· Demonstrable knowledge of business operations and project management.

· Competency in electronic business management systems, like SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors

· Demonstrable ability to recommend and implement technical solutions for cross-functional projects.

· Knowledge of systems and software engineering to optimally integrate subject expertise in software solution designs.

· Exceptional stakeholder engagement abilities to introduce and implement technical solutions.

· 3-5 year HR business experience in large scale global transformation as a consultant, or business (functional) user

· Experiences with cloud, especially with HR information systems

· Experience with global SAP Success Factors implementations

· Experience and knowledge of HR policies, processes and best practices, methodologies and tools
