Roles & Responsibility

· Participate in HSE meetings, toolbox talks, and safety committees.

· Provide HSE support and advice to project teams and management.

· Maintain accurate HSE records, including incident reports, inspection records, and training logs.

· Prepare and submit HSE documentation as required by clients and regulatory authorities.

· Ensure that all HSE documentation is up-to-date and accessible.

· Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and programs.

· Ensure compliance with local, national, and international HSE regulations and standards.

· Conduct regular HSE audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.

· Investigate and report on all incidents, accidents, and near-misses.

· Conduct root cause analysis and develop action plans to prevent recurrence.

· Maintain incident records and prepare HSE reports for management and regulatory authorities.

· Develop and deliver HSE training programs for employees, contractors, and visitors.

· Ensure that all personnel are aware of their HSE responsibilities and are trained in safe work practices.

· Promote a strong safety culture through continuous education and awareness programs.

· Develop and maintain emergency response plans and procedures in Job safety analysis.

· Coordinate and conduct emergency drills and exercises to ensure readiness.

· Provide leadership and support during emergency situations.

· Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with HSE policies and procedures.

· Monitor site activities and provide guidance on safe work practices.

· Identify potential hazards and recommend measures to mitigate risks.

· Implement and monitor environmental management plans and programs.

· Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards.

· Conduct environmental impact assessments and develop mitigation strategies.

· Liaise with clients, contractors, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders on HSE matters.
