Roles & Responsibility
· Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures.
· Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure timely project execution.
· Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges encountered during project execution.
· Conduct inspections and tests to verify compliance with quality and safety standards.
· Prepare and maintain quality assurance documentation and reports.
· Conduct safety meetings, toolbox talks, and safety audits.
· Report and investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses.
· Track project progresses against the schedule and budget.
· Manage project documentation, including change orders, progress reports, and as-built drawings.
· Lead and supervise site engineering teams.
· Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
