Roles & Responsibility
· Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
· Use project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) to create and manage project schedules.
· Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather input and ensure accuracy of schedules.
· Track project progress against the baseline schedule and identify any deviations.
· Prepare and distribute regular progress reports, including S-curves, histograms, and earned value analysis.
· Conduct schedule impact analysis and recommend corrective actions as needed.
· Develop resource-loaded schedules, ensuring optimal allocation of manpower, equipment, and materials.
· Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of resources.
· Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
· Conduct schedule risk analysis and incorporate contingency plans into the project schedule.
· Monitor and update risk registers throughout the project lifecycle.
· Assist in the development of project budgets and cost estimates.
· Monitor project expenditures and compare budgeted costs.
· Prepare cost control reports and support project management in budgetary decisions.
· Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.
· Organize and lead planning meetings, workshops, and progress review sessions.
· Ensure all stakeholders are informed of schedule updates and project milestones.
· Ensure project schedules comply with industry standards, client requirements, and contractual obligations.
· Conduct schedule quality checks and audits to ensure accuracy and completeness.
