Roles & Responsibility
· Liaise with clients, contractors, and vendors to align project objectives and deliverables.
· Oversee site activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
· Monitor site operations, including installation, maintenance, and shutdown procedures.
· Ensure proper allocation and utilization of resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials.
· Provide technical guidance and support to site personnel.
· Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and other project documents.
· Implement quality control procedures to ensure work meets project standards and specifications.
· Promote a strong safety culture and ensure adherence to HSE policies and procedures.
· Track project progresses against the schedule and budget.
· Prepare regular progress reports for stakeholders, including clients and senior management.
· Lead and supervise the allocated team.
