Job Description:
1. Review customer inquiries promptly and liaise with suppliers and inside technical team to prepare accurate quotations for submission.
2. Proactively follow up on submitted quotations to ensure timely responses and address any customer queries or concerns.
3. Process purchase orders efficiently and maintain regular communication with stakeholders to update them on order status.
4. Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with relevant customer information and interactions.
5. Monitor and track invoices, ensuring their timely submission to relevant customers and resolving any billing discrepancies.
8. Collaborate effectively with team members, offering support and input to contribute to the growth and success of the team.
9. Demonstrate strong communication skills, engaging with customers via email, phone, and in-person interactions to address inquiries and build relationships.
10. Take initiative to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
11. Attend training provided by manufacturer in different online tools and application to facilitate the business
