Provide all types of computer devices and their peripherals, including desktop computers, laptops, printers, projectors, scanners, and copiers.
·Answer calls, emails, or tickets from employees needing technical support.
·Record all issues in the ticketing system with details of the problem and solution.
Install, operate, and maintain all types of computers and peripherals, including desktops, laptops, printers, projectors, scanners, and copiers, connecting them to all networks
Receive all devices and systems handed over by the Managers, Operations Directorate / Communications Division, and manage the internal processes for receiving and issuing materials between units, while maintaining clearance for all device users.
Prepare all types of computers with their operating systems, install necessary programs, and fix malfunctions (Microsoft programs, Adobe programs, video programs, browsing systems, and other supporting software).
Install and update all device drivers for computers and peripherals.
Teach and explain to all employees how to use all supporting programs, systems, and necessary drivers for computer peripherals.
Install and troubleshoot all software used on computers, whether developed internally or externally.
