- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the E-commerce Fashion industries.
- Managing the allocated accounts throughout the tenure of the relationship and promoting the partnership between key customers and DSV.
- Understand the unique needs and challenges of clients within these industries and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing any inquiries, concerns, or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of products or services to clients.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and pursue strategies to expand the company's footprint in the E-commerce Fashion sectors.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, including sales forecasts, revenue projections, and client satisfaction metrics.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement account strategies, including pricing, product development, and marketing initiatives.
- Performing any other related duties/ projects assigned by Manager from time to time to meet business exigencies.
