Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the E-commerce Fashion industries.
Managing the allocated accounts throughout the tenure of the relationship and promoting the partnership between key customers and DSV.
Understand the unique needs and challenges of clients within these industries and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing any inquiries, concerns, or issues in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of products or services to clients.
Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and pursue strategies to expand the company's footprint in the E-commerce Fashion sectors.
Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities.
Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, including sales forecasts, revenue projections, and client satisfaction metrics.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement account strategies, including pricing, product development, and marketing initiatives.
Performing any other related duties/ projects assigned by Manager from time to time to meet business exigencies.
