Works in transportation and warehousing of goods. Process orders and oversees cycle of order fulfilment. Responsible for making sure supplies, stock, materials, packages, and/or products are processed through the delivery/collection and/or warehouse system efficiently and safely. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Facilitate the shipping of products from one destination to another • Receives products and coordinates delivery/collection • Makes sure warehouse capacity is kept at optimal levels • Oversees inventory of goods • Continually reviews freight costs, transportation rates, and/or the prices of raw materials to keep costs down • where possible • Streamlines shipping and transportation processes Repair Department Primary Responsibilities: • Prepares shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, COO & others) pertaining to customer order and notify customer for collection of the shipment, liaise with Third Party Logistics • Prepares shipping of equipment to 3rd party vendors. • Ordering & following up of spare parts & consumables • Issuing Material Requisition & Purchase Requisition • Receives equipment, spare parts, consumables, and signs Delivery Note • Identify potential improvement opportunities within the applicable systems and work with relevant departments on such improvements. • Pursue continuous improvement in its own activities and operations. • Comply with all NOV Company policies and procedures established by the Quality Management System, HSE, as well as all other corporate guidelines. BEHAVIORAL SKILLS/COMPETENCIES: • Approachability • Composure • Customer Focus • Integrity & Trust • Negotiation • Written Communication • Drive for Results • Conflict Management • Listening EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/SKILL-SET REQUIRED: Essential: • 2 + years experience in similar field or equivalent. • Must hold a valid UAE forklift license. • Customer Service Excellence • Technical education, product knowledge or experience preferable • Experience working in warehouse • Experience in customer service or logistics management • Hands on experience in Custom clearance & dispute resolution • Knowledge in HS code classification, • INCO terms & custom clearance documentation • Microsoft Office Suite • ERP System Experience (Glovia), basic to advanced knowledge level preferable • Knowledge in high pressure equipment (Valves, Choke & Kill Manifold, BOP s & etc.) Desirable: • Oil and Gas Technical Knowledge • 6S (Organization/Standardization) experience or knowledge
