JOB PURPOSE-

To provide basic medical aid to residents of the camp accommodation and to manage first aid facilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES-

• To provide round the clock first aid services to all the residents of accommodation facilities
• Carry out clinical nursing functions such as recording the vital signs of patients like taking temperature, BP, administer injections, dressing and basic first aid
• manage the first aid center at assigned CAMP and maintain files and statistics of all the patients as per company, DM and DHA policies .
• Responsible for overall maintenance & monitoring of all the essential equipment and first aid boxes in camp .
• to make sure all the essential medicines and consumables are procured from vendor and replenished on regular basis
• Participate actively in all the patient awareness related campaigns/activities for the clinic such as organizing camps, setting up kiosks, educational talks etc.
• to keep updated record of all the permenant medical and non medical items /equipment / instrument
• to prioritize the cases on severity basis and arrange and cordinate transfer of serious cases to DMC/tertiray refferal center .
• to prepare and send monthly statsitcs to clinic team .
• Understand and implement the company safety policies and procedures as described in the Company's integrated management system
• Will be accountable and responsible for duties as described in the HSE roles and responsibilities document of IMS
