We are seeking an innovative Marketing Technologist and Growth Hacker to drive our digital marketing initiatives and growth strategies. This role will be essential in leveraging technology to enhance marketing efforts and achieve rapid growth. This role sits in the Digital Team and will be providing Martech platforms and advisory as a service to the marketing teams and business stakeholders across the group. The role is a hands-on platform role whilst also acting as a point of contact between agency technologists.

Marketing Strategy & Growth

· Develop and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies to drive growth and engagement.

· Experimentation with Growth Channels: Identify and experiment with new growth channels and tactics.

Marketing Technology & Tools

· Build and develop the Martech stack using tools like CDH, Google, Braze, Mailchimp and other Automation tools like Zapier and etc.

· Leverage marketing technology tools and platforms to optimize campaigns, manage, enrich, and repurpose data.

Development

· Develop web applications, using scripting languages, content creation tools, management tools and digital medias

· Evaluates code to meet with different browsers and interface types

· Build where required, customized and responsive cross-platform sites

· Create templates and contents for various campaign types and channels

Data Analysis & Decision Making

· Analyze and interpret marketing data to inform decision-making.

Collaboration & Alignment

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
