Our one of the reputed client seeking a highly professional hospitality candidate who have proven experience in customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a MNC. (Hotel Experience will not be considered).

Candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all guests receive a high-level of service throughout their visit and enjoy the hospitality experience.

Activities

• Takes orders and offer recommendations of available refreshments.
• Prepares and serves guests orders.
• Ensures that rooms are checked and sanitized in between meetings.
• Always maintains overall cleanliness of the client area.
• Checks and updates the client area pantry requirements.
• Take calls and welcomes guests in the client area in the absence of the receptionist .
• Take calls and handling other communications and welcomes guests in the client area in the absence of the receptionist .
• Performing general office duties and errands.
• Experience in handling Reception & Admin tasks (If required)
