Job Role -
Airport Operations Executive is responsible for the workplace team that directly manages the airport and cargo operations and also ensures high-level service delivery to the respective aviation clients in line with agreed SLA’s and KPI’s.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for airport operations across the aviation business in Abu Dhabi.
- Business development activities to grow business at various airport locations
- Responsible for increasing manpower volumes at various airport locations.
- Plan optimal efficiencies by managing deployment as per the roster for all categories.
- Service recovery plans in case of any operational disruptions to ensure a high level of safety performance.
- Responsible for productivity at across Aviation's Clients (volume-driven business)
- Ensure that the services are provided to the client in compliance with the SLA.
- Increase the effectiveness and efficiency of operations through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between internal and external stakeholders
- Proactively seek opportunities, leveraging relationships with stakeholders, to define and deliver reports to improve revenue and reduce costs.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes, and practices and report to Department management. Plan, schedule, and monitor manpower requirements and deployment for all client sites in various Airport areas.
- Conduct spot audits on conformance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Customer Services and KPIs to ensure continuous improvement of processes Maintain, update, generate, and share periodic MIS reports with management.
- To upload individual job-related inputs into the system and keep them updated at all times. Redressal of complaints by ensuring immediate action and developing plans to reduce complaints Team management involves providing excellent support and guidance to subordinates and ensuring they are appropriately trained and motivated.
- Liaise with and meet clients on a regular basis in order to assess their requirements and carry out manpower planning and scheduling as may be specified to maintain the highest service quality standards.
- Understand and implement the company safety policies and procedures as described in the company's integrated management system.
- Will be accountable and responsible for duties as described in the HSE roles and responsibilities document of IMS.
- Other responsibilities, as may be deemed fit, may be assigned from time to time.
