As the PR & Marketing Manager, you are responsible for the development of strategic B2B and B2C marketing plans for the hotel rooms and the F&B outlets and its implementation to drive total revenue, brand preference for the Vintage Grand hotel leading to growth in market share.
The role includes collaborating with the Commercial leadership team on property to identify optimal segmentation for the hotel and F&B outlets with clear targets & objectives.
As the Public Relations lead, to also come up with a Public Relations Plan which promotes and maintains great public relations in order to maintain the brand defined image of the hotel in the market.
The role is accountable for messaging and imagery control on property, internal marketing processes and management of external marketing partners.
Furthermore, the role is responsible for creative strategy, channel section and media mix to achieve objectives against established budgets.
Leverage internal and external data, trends and insights to determine optimal hotel and outlet B2B and B2C segmentation, target identification per segment and competitive positioning against relevant competition.
Create and manage the marketing budget.
Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.
Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.
Working closely with design agencies and assisting with new product launches.
Managing and driving all marketing and public relations related activities for the hotel.
Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity.
