About The Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Process Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This executive-level position is well-suited for candidates embarking on their professional journey in systems and project management.
The resource will be instrumental in supporting operational workflows, ensuring process efficiency, and facilitating seamless communication between functional teams and management.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Report to the Group Director with detailed updates on end-to-end operational workflows,
emphasizing key defects/areas requiring attention.
• Assist in the coordination and optimization of operational processes across all functional
departments at the Group level, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
• Monitor daily workflows using internal systems (FMS) and other tools, ensuring adherence to
established timelines across departments.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for ongoing processes and audits, ensuring
compliance and readiness for management review.
• Support teams in resolving operational challenges while identifying opportunities for continuous
improvement.
• Communicate effectively with line managers and their teams to ensure alignment with
organizational objectives and deliverables.
• Prepare and deliver periodic reports to management, highlighting operational performance metrics
and actionable insights for process enhancements.
