ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Trading Executive to join our team. This entry-level
position is ideal for a quick learner with strong communication skills and a basic knowledge of MS Office.
As the go-to person for all administrative and document management tasks, the Trading Executive will
support various operational processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout.
This role will focus on process coordination, assisting in logistics, administration, and operations both with
internal teams & external vendors. Previous experience in these areas—particularly within a trading or
business environment—is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in day-to-day coordination of processes with logistics vendors and other operational
areas, ensuring timely email and phone communication.
• Perform data entry and manage document handling with a strong focus on accuracy and
attention to detail.
• Maintain effective communication with team members to support smooth operations and
workflow.
• Track and monitor ongoing tasks, promptly identifying and reporting any discrepancies in
documentation and internal processes.
• Provide administrative support to enhance team productivity and efficiency.
• Collaborate with various departments to support cross-functional tasks and achieve shared
objectives.
REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS:
• Bachelor’s degree in commerce from a reputable university, with attested certifications.
• Any prior internship or experience in logistics, procurement, administration, or operations within
a trading or business environment is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to learn quickly and work with minimal supervision.
