RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILTY & AUTHORITY: • Carry out vendor qualification process. • Coordination of commercial / contractual clarifications. • Organize clarification meetings. • Generate Purchase Orders. • Establish and update in real time the Procurement systems. • Inter Departmental coordination / expediting. • Assist Sales Department at tender stage. • Must exhibit very strong qualities of Procurement Code of Ethics. • Works primarily on well- defined or process driven tasks for projects or department. • Acts as team member by providing information in support of team efforts. • Problems solved using prior exposure and experience. • Exercises independent judgment within defined parameters. • Experience in Procurement Software platforms such as Oracle is preferred. • Must ensure that company policies and procedures are being enforced and adhered to at all times. • Provide continual evaluation of the group s processes and methods, to assure the most effective use of resources and equipment. • Perform other work-related tasks as assigned. • Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/SKILL-SET REQUIRED: • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineer or relevant. • 5-7 years of working experience, preferably in Oil & Gas EPC business. • Negotiation Skills, English. • Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge, especially in Excel.
Quality Assurance: • Carry out all duties in accordance with Quality Assurance procedures and department instructions. • Contribute to general improvement in the quality and key activities of the department.
