- Manage and maintain relationships with government authorities (Labor, Immigration, Municipality, etc.)
- Handle all government-related documentation, applications, renewals, and submissions
- Ensure timely collection of payments from clients and customers
- Coordinate with internal departments for collection follow-ups
- Maintain accurate records of all collections and correspondence
- Support in resolving any payment-related issues professionally
- Handle visa processes, license renewals, and related legal matters as needed
Requirements:
- Arab Nationality (mandatory)
- Proven experience as a PRO in the UAE/GCC
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and government procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
