Administer pre-employment assessments and background checks
Manage the offer process including salary negotiation and offer letters
Maintain accurate recruitment records and applicant tracking systems.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
Participate in employer branding initiatives and recruitment events
