The ideal candidate will have expertise in blue-collar recruitment (specifically sourcing fabricators and welders from India) and white-collar recruitment within the UAE.
Job Purpose:
The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing cost-effective recruitment strategies, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws, and managing end-to-end recruitment for both blue-collar and white-collar roles.
Job Description:
Manpower Planning & Recruitment:
● Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to hire fabricators and welders.
● Conduct screening, interviews, and selection processes to ensure hiring quality.
● Use job portals, recruitment agencies, and social media to source candidates.
● Coordinate interviews, trade tests, and medical exams for selected candidates.
● Handle visa processing and travel arrangements for new hires.
● Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws throughout the hiring process.
Cost-Effective Hiring:
● Identify and implement cost-saving measures in the hiring process.
● Negotiate competitive rates with recruitment agencies, travel agencies, and service providers.
● Explore alternative recruitment strategies to optimize hiring costs while maintaining quality.
White-Collar Recruitment:
● Stay updated on UAE job market trends for professional roles.
● Use job portals, networks, and consultancies to attract top talent.
● Conduct candidate assessments, interviews, and reference checks.
● Coordinate with hiring managers and HR team to ensure a smooth and effi cient recruitment process.
● Maintain a strong talent pipeline through partnerships with recruitment agencies and professional networks.
Relationship Management:
● Build and maintain relationships with recruitment consultancies, job portals, and other relevant entities in the UAE.
● Collaborate with internal stakeholders and hiring managers to understand recruitment needs.
● Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
