Roles & Responsibilities
To grow Organization’s customer base by acquiring new SME customers, managing relationship with them, and developing new avenues for increasing company’s top line.
· Maximize profit and achievement of the growth of SME client’s portfolio
· Achieve agreed KPI objectives by development of existing and new relationships.
· Build effective relationships with clients to retain and develop sustainable relationships.
· Coordinate with other departments to render effective services to the customers.
· Assure continued customer communication and satisfaction.
· Timely reporting on customer experience related matters
· Timely and regularly of call reports and future Pipeline as per KPI’s
· Timely reporting to concerned parties on all Operational Risk, Fraud, AML, and all related issues.
