The role will be handling individual retailers - retail shops & power retailers in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain in the small domestic appliances industry:

Position: Retail Sales Executive

Job location: Abu Dhabi, requires travel to Al Ain

Salary: AED 7,000

Job responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with individual retailers and small retail shops in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain, focusing on the small domestic appliances industry.
• Proactively seek out new retail opportunities and present the company's products and services to potential customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, providing product information, and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Effectively promote and demonstrate small domestic appliances to retailers, emphasizing key features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
• Collaborate with retail partners to ensure visually appealing and strategically positioned product displays, maximizing customer engagement and sales opportunities.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets on a regular basis, consistently striving to increase revenue and market share.
• Monitor sales performance, track progress, and prepare detailed sales reports to evaluate individual and overall performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities through market research, and provide feedback to the company for product development and enhancement.
• Conduct training sessions and product demonstrations for retail staff to enhance their product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Process orders efficiently, ensuring accurate documentation, timely delivery, and prompt resolution of any issues related to product availability or delivery schedules.
