Position: Retail Sales Executive

Job location: Abu Dhabi, requires travel to Al Ain

Salary: AED 7,000

Job responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with individual retailers and small retail shops in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain, focusing on the small domestic appliances industry.
Proactively seek out new retail opportunities and present the company's products and services to potential customers.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, providing product information, and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Effectively promote and demonstrate small domestic appliances to retailers, emphasizing key features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
Collaborate with retail partners to ensure visually appealing and strategically positioned product displays, maximizing customer engagement and sales opportunities.
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets on a regular basis, consistently striving to increase revenue and market share.
Monitor sales performance, track progress, and prepare detailed sales reports to evaluate individual and overall performance, identifying areas for improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities through market research, and provide feedback to the company for product development and enhancement.
Conduct training sessions and product demonstrations for retail staff to enhance their product knowledge and sales techniques.
Process orders efficiently, ensuring accurate documentation, timely delivery, and prompt resolution of any issues related to product availability or delivery schedules.

Proven experience as a Retail Sales Executive or a similar role, specifically in the small domestic appliances / consumer electronics industry.
Demonstrated success in generating sales and achieving targets.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners.
In-depth knowledge of small domestic appliances / consumer electronics.
UAE driving license is must.
