Roles & Responsibilities
As a Sales Coordinator you will be accountable for supporting the sales team with creating and processing sales quotations and managing backlog for vendors.
Responsibilities
- Follow up on confirmed orders and credit approvals;
- Coordinate with the sales team for pending orders and follow up as necessary;
- Review and validate sales order request details submitted by Sales/Partner ensuring information tallies with necessary supporting documents;
- Review and update quotes/opportunities/receivables across vendors;
- Review and update aging stock and back log across vendors
- Engage with partners for deal registrations as needed to provide partner status eligible quotes;
- Align and support Product Managers/ BU Managers on day to day sales coordination activities across vendors;
- Adhere to compliance standards and adopt ethical business practices at all times.
