Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with project launches, construction milestones, and revenue targets
Lead, mentor, and manage in-house sales teams and external brokers/agents
Set and achieve sales targets, pricing strategies, and absorption rates for projects
Collaborate closely with Development, Marketing, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure smooth sales execution
Oversee project positioning, unit mix strategy, and go-to-market plans
Manage relationships with broker networks, channel partners, and international agents
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer demand to adjust sales tactics
Drive presales, launch events and exhibitions
Ensure compliance with local real estate regulations, contracts, and escrow processes
Prepare regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and pipeline updates for senior management
