- Manage the entire sales process for printed textbooks and related educational products, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and post-sales support.
- Identify and target potential clients, including schools, colleges, and educational institutions.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of the products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in educational institutions.
- Prepare and negotiate sales proposals and contracts, ensuring alignment with client needs and organizational goals.
- Monitor and track sales performance, including setting and achieving sales targets.
- Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any issues or inquiries related to textbooks and educational products, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and fulfilment of orders.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position the company's products.
- Travel extensively across the UAE to meet with clients and attend industry events as required
