Job Title: Sales Manager
Location: Dubai, UAE
Work Type: Full-time, 6 Days
Working Hours: 8 hours
Salary: 12,000 - 18,000 AED per month
Visa: Employment Visa
Sales Manager - Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets and expand the customer base within the UAE market.
- Identify potential clients and market segments, conducting thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Engage prospects and customers to present the company's services, striving to find win-win solutions that expand and further client relationships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored logistics solutions.
- Conduct sales presentations, negotiate contracts and pricing, and address customer inquiries and concerns to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates on shipments, address issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Lead and manage the sales team, providing coaching, mentorship, and motivation to achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Set clear sales objectives by creating quotas and sales plans for the assigned team, and monitor performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).
Sales Manager – Requirements
- Up to 8 years of proven experience in sales, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets, preferably in the logistics or e-commerce industry.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management, freight forwarding, and warehousing services.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools is preferred.
- Valid UAE driving license is a plus.

Sales Executive - Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target new business opportunities within the logistics sector.
- Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends.
- Generate leads and convert them into long-term partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Act as a point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Regularly update clients on service offerings, pricing, and operational updates.
- Develop and implement sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure deals.
Sales Executive - Requirements:
- Up to 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the logistics or related industry, with a strong record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Proven Competency in the E-commerce industry
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field (but not mandatory)
- Proficiency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
