Roles & Responsibilities
This is a role that targets the growth of Company's market share and revenue through new customer capture in Abu Dhabi, both within existing industries and by penetration into adjacent segments. It requires a proactive, independent attitude and a will to achieve, combined with a sharp understanding of Company's market potential in Abu Dhabi, through exploitation of networks and market intelligence. It requires energy and a tenacious spirit to actively idendtify and win sales across the range of Company services, through persistent sales prospecting activity and digital platform exploitation.
- Understand and comply with Company sales and commercial governance policies and procedures.
- Identify market trends through the use of social media and market understanding.
- Research clients via LinkedIn, newsfeeds and CRM to identify and pursue new prospects.
- Build and maintain a strong personal sales pipeline with methodical targeting strategy and fully managed sales cycle.
- Manage your time effectively and productively to maximise the productivity and success of prospecting, face-to-face and digital sales activity.
- Follow a dynamic and repeatable sales approach that achieves high conversion rates (>50%) and protects profit targets, in accordance with rate card guidelines.
- Deliver accelerated growth to meet or exceed your GET targets, in accordance with budget phasing
- Meet monthly performance targets – as agreed line manager
- Submit weekly reports as directed, in order to inform AUH Team the sales strategy and application in Abu Dhabi
- Support Commercial department sales initiatives across UAE as required
- Understand and implement the company safety policies and procedures as described in the Company integrated management system
- Will be accountable and responsible for duties as described in the HSE roles and responsibilities document of IMS
