Financial:
- To deliver on targeted monthly Brand wise Volume/Value and distribution targets for his team/territory
- Achieve budgeted Receivables (DSO) objectives for his team/territory.
Trade:
- To maintain harmonious PR with trade and prompt & efficient customer service at all the times
- Participate in all team-working and be an effective team-player at all times.
- To achieve set KPIs on Distribution, Visibility (BDA implementation /or share of space as per our market share & planograms) .
- Implement of all the NPI’s promotions and promotions within agreed timelines.
- Control and manage the trade returns and bad debts within agreed timelines.
- Manage all the trade spends within the limits and timelines.
- 75% time spend in trade, working with the team as well as independent trade audits to measure execution.
- To take swift action on new outlet openings and negotiate strong BDAs with them.
- 100 % Compliance with BDA’s in all the territories
- Renewal of all the BDA’s within the 3 months of expiry.
- Evaluate competition activities and observe trade/consumer trends
- To participate and share all survey findings (price, competition, category etc)
OTHER:
- To internally liaise with all departments on relevant matters with good harmony.
- Good rapport with Trade and team.
