To deliver the company's growth objectives by optimizing sales & distribution of Yaumi Bakeries products in their designated area by strictly adhering to company operational policies & procedures and maintaining highest standards of sales and merchandising policies & procedures through strong directional leadership of a team of salesmen.


§Achievement of agreed business targets

§ Planning of resources to meet sales goals

§ Management of the optimal sales routes to service all targeted customers

§ Evaluate the effectiveness of sales routes to ensure optimum coverage

§ Ensure correct stock allocation of sales delivery vehicles

§ Work with salesman to ensure effectiveness with customers

§ Provide market intelligence to the business on competitors, product range, and market trends

§ Regular vehicle inspections conducted

§ Ensure the correct allocation and placement of Point of Sale (POS) with target customers

§ Maintain all merchandising execution elements to agreed standards

§ Review daily salesman feedback and provide relevant info to Sales Manager

§ Carrying out monthly Safety Inspections as per QHSE policy

§ Keep updated records of business activities and agreements

§ Ensure all cash is collected and accounted for daily

§ Ensure the cash policies are understood, implemented, and controlled daily
