We are currently recruiting for a Technical Support Engineer for our trusted client to be based out of their office in Dubai.


Responsibility-


  • Support and implement computer networks, including LANs, WANs, and other data communication systems.
  • Install and configure network hardware and software components, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
  • Managing Incident & Service Request Level 1, providing First and second level of support.
  • Managing Computer hardware platforms, Helpdesk level 1 & 2 support, IT Assets (CMDB &CI) MGMT, Desktop administration task.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot network performance, including network congestion, connectivity issues, and security threats.
  • Manage network-related projects, including upgrades, migrations, and expansions, ensuring timely and successful completion.
  • Repairing hardware malfunctions, software issues, and networking problems.
  • Assets recording (New & updates) time reports for services desk items.
  • Regular site visit to all Client Sites.
  • Providing technical support on-site or via remote-access systems.
  • Regular reporting to line Manager and Performing other duties and responsibilities related to the job and as assigned by line Manager.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
  • Must have extensive Office 365 experience, all applications, with administration exposure.
  • Must have experience in Cloud, Data Center Management experience, VMware experience.
  • Minimum 6 years in Operating Systems support, end user device troubleshooting & support.
