Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conducting outbound calls to potential leads and generating interest in company products or services.
  • Qualifying leads and gathering relevant information to determine their potential as customers.
  • Maintaining a database of leads and updating it regularly with accurate and detailed information.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to schedule appointments or follow-up calls with qualified leads.
  • Delivering persuasive sales pitches to potential customers and effectively explaining the benefits of the product or service.
  • Keeping up to date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively answer customer questions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in tele sales or lead generation, preferably in the same industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Exceptional persuasive and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to meet and exceed targets in a fast-paced environment.
