Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales leads.
  • Explain product features and benefits to potential customers and answer any questions they may have.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving any issues.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Stay informed about product updates and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve overall sales performance.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with telesales regulations.
  • Continuously develop sales skills and knowledge through training and self-study.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 3 years of similar experience in UAE, in insurance, B2B banking products, accounting & auditing firms, company set up companies, law firms.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and establish trust.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
