Inventory Management:

Staff Supervision:

· Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff.

· Train new employees on warehouse procedures and safety protocols.

· Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.

Safety and Compliance:

· Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

· Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions as needed.

· Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Equipment Management:

· Ensure proper maintenance and operation of warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.

· Coordinate repairs and servicing of equipment as required.

Reporting:

· Prepare and submit regular reports on warehouse activities, inventory levels, and performance metrics.

· Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Customer Service:

· Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Address and resolve any issues related to order discrepancies or delays.
