1. Take responsibility for the maintenance and organization of tools and equipment, as well as the efficient use of materials, to contribute to the overall success and timely completion of Hardwood Projects.2. Interpreting construction blueprints and specifications, you'll plan and execute various woodworking projects, including framing, installing structures, and finishing details.3. Cut, shape, and assemble wood components with precision using a variety of hand and power tools to meet project requirements.4. Work collaboratively with architects and designers to discuss and finalize project specifications, timelines, and any required modifications.
