Inspects, troubleshoots, disassembles, services, rebuilds, overhauls, and repairs both the BMP-3 and Rabdan Infantry Fighting Vehicle (IFV) turret system for AL TAIF TECHNICAL SERVICES LLC. Ensures that all BMP-3 and Rabdan IFV turret system maintenance inspections, servicing, rebuilds, overhauls and repairs are accomplished in accordance with all technical manuals, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications. Ensures the process is maintained within the latest ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System, and ISO 14001 Environmental Management System standards. Learns, understands and complies with applicable health, safety and environment directives. Participates in the development of a safe and healthy working environment. Ensures compliance with all company policies, manuals, procedures and work instructions· Inspect, troubleshoot, disassemble, service, rebuild, overhaul, and repair both BMP-3 and Rabdan IFV turret systems.· Ensure that all BMP-3 and Rabdan IFV turret system maintenance inspections, servicing, rebuilds, overhauls and repairs are accomplished in accordance with all technical manuals, KPIs and OEM specifications.· Perform quality maintenance repairs as part of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System program.· Perform BMP-3 and Rabdan IFV turret systems maintenance inspections to determine the extent of repair and spare parts requirements.· Perform BMP-3 and Rabdan IFV turret system troubleshooting using special tools and diagnostic test equipment.· Replace BMP-3 and Rabdan IFV turret system major assemblies (turret ring, Namut thermal sight, SOHZ gunner’s main sight and integrated laser ranger finder) and components (wiring harnesses, smoke grenade launchers, hydraulic lines and tubing).· Ensure all maintenance order spare parts residue is returned to the Armament Workshop store.· Perform BMP-3 and Rabdan IFV turret system spare parts research to ensure that only required spare parts are requisitioned in the appropriate quantities.· Complete maintenance related documentation such as maintenance tasks accomplished, direct labour hours consumed, vehicle specific information, spare part request forms, etc.· Comply with all safety, housekeeping and environmental directives.· Ensure all issued tools, uniforms and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is accounted for, maintained and secured.· Maintain the confidentiality and security of all company information.· Support other members of the Armament Workshop in fulfilling their roles.Perform other duties as directed by the Manager, Armament Workshop.

Formulates information, analyses data and creates reports related to maintenance productivity, spare parts and material availability, and man-hour utilisation using the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) database for AL TAIF TECHNICAL SERVICES LLC. Analyses both maintenance and supply related data to identify deficiencies and offers solutions to enhance efficiency and increase production throughput. Ensures the process is maintained within the latest ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System, and ISO 14001 Environmental Management System standards. Learns, understands and complies with applicable health, safety and environment directives. Participates in the development of a safe and healthy working environment. Ensures compliance with all company policies, manuals, procedures and work instructions.

Serves as the team leader for the applicable store at AL TAIF TECHNICAL SERVICES LLC. Responsible for understanding the technical workflow, comprehending and advising the team on the throughput of material. Provides technical oversight on the receiving, storage and issuing (transfer) processes executed within SAP. Assists the Supervisor, Warehouse Weapons in ensuring the section follows correct and current processes and procedures. Assists in the daily execution efforts of the Clerk(s), Supply providing technical guidance. Provide coaching and technical training for Clerk(s), Supply. Helps champion customer satisfaction, and ensures that business metrics are met and maintained. Perform housekeeping duties as directed to maintain a clean and safe work environment. · Ensure that all industrial cleaning, sandblasting, plate stripping, wax masking, electroplating, metal oxidation and gun bluing is accomplished in accordance with all technical manuals, KPIs and OEM specifications.· Assist in the development of industrial cleaning, sandblasting, plate stripping, wax masking, electroplating, metal oxidation and gun bluing CM job plans.· Perform quality maintenance actions as part of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System program.· Ensure strict compliance to the storage and disposal guidelines for all hazardous materials in accordance with environmental directives and host company rules and regulations.· Perform cyclic inspections and maintenance of all holding tanks and their associated accessories, including the submission of facility related service requests.· Mixes and tests all coating solutions and replenishes holding tanks as required.· Determines coating requirements and conformance using precision measuring instruments.· Prepares items for electroplating by placing them in both cleaning and conductive solutions.· Determine the amount of electrical current required and the time needed to accomplish electroplating.· Position items to be electroplated in a frame or suspend them from the negative and positive terminals of the power supply.· Rinse all coated items in cleansing solutions and dry with a cloth or centrifugal drier.· Use precision measuring instruments to determine the thickness of applied coating(s) to ensure conformance as per the OEM specifications.· Ensure that all precision measurement instruments are maintained and calibrated in accordance with the manufacturer’s technical data.· Complete maintenance related documentation such as maintenance tasks accomplished, direct labour hours consumed, vehicle specific information, spare part request forms, etc.· Ensure all issued tools, uniforms and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is accounted for, maintained and secured.· Maintain the confidentiality and security of all company information.· Support other members of the Overhaul Workshop in fulfilling their roles.Perform other duties as required by the Manager, Overhaul Workshop.

· Perform diagnoses and troubleshooting of hydraulic and pneumatic equipment. Conduct repairs, rebuilds and installation on a wide variety of industrial equipment including conventional machines, compressors, pressing machines, boilers, dynamometers, cranes, forklifts, valves, pumps, lifting jacks, machine tools, test benches, sandblasters, sweepers etc.· Prepare hand sketches for various hydraulic and pneumatic equipment in preparation for modification and/or capability enhancements.· Perform diagnoses, troubleshoot and solve various interfacing issues that might occur between mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.· Assist the Supervisor, Maintenance to prepare job plans for various hydraulic repairs and installations using charts, past experience and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) technical manuals.· Assist the Supervisor, Maintenance with identifying the required spares for hydraulic and pneumatic maintenance, repair and installation, and support them with generating the required purchase requests.· Perform all required periodic hydraulic and pneumatic servicing and respond to emergency calls.

Performs a wide range of foundry pattern making tasks to support the accomplishment of the manufacturing and maintenance mission of AL TAIF TECHNICAL SERVICES LLC with particular emphasis on pattern development, pattern making, core development and design for ferrous and non-ferrous casting. Develops patterns and moulds based on conceptual drawings for further functional evaluation and testing with the main of eventual manufacture as standard production items. Recommends alternative pattern design methodology when design characteristics cannot be achieved by the current proposed casting process. Ensures the process is maintained within the latest ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System, and ISO 14001 Environmental Management System standards. Learns, understands and complies with applicable health, safety and environment directives. Participates in the development of a safe and healthy working environment. Ensures compliance with all company policies, manuals, procedures and work instructions.• Setup and operate/run a wide variety of foundry pattern making and sand casting equipment in order to accomplish the manufacturing and maintenance mission.• Create the patterns for casting with wood, metal or other material as per the requirements.• Perform basic sand control tests using different sand control and testing equipment to ensure compliance to the existing industry standards of sand moulding and casting processes.• Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams and schematics in order to accomplish the desired cast product form and material composition in accordance with part specifications.• Verify the conformance of finished machining using conventional or digital precision measuring instruments.• Comply with all safety, housekeeping and environmental directives.• Maintain all equipment by undertaking all user preventive maintenance requirements.• Ensure all issued tools, uniforms and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is accounted for, maintained and secured.• Maintain the confidentiality and security of all company information.• Support other members of the Fabrication Workshop in fulfilling their roles.• Perform other duties as required by their line manager and the Manager, Fabrication.
