The ideal candidate will have 7 to 9 years of hands-on experience in managing the recruitment and manpower needs of construction projects within the UAE. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to large-scale construction projects and play a key role in the workforce planning and execution.Key Responsibilities:-Lead the recruitment process for blue-collar workers across a range of construction roles, including laborers, technicians, and skilled tradespeople-Collaborate with project managers and senior leadership to understand labor requirements for ongoing and upcoming construction projects-Source, screen, and assess candidates for a variety of blue-collar construction roles-Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to offer management and onboarding-Maintain strong relationships with labor agencies, job boards, and recruitment channels to ensure a consistent flow of qualified candidates-Develop and implement workforce planning strategies to meet the demands of ongoing and future projects-Monitor labor trends in the UAE and construction market to advise on hiring strategies and recruitment best practices-Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, visas, and other relevant regulations during the hiring process-Track recruitment metrics, report on progress, and ensure recruitment goals are met in a timely manner

Request for Proposal (RFP) Creation: Draft and distribute RFPs to potential vendors, specifying product or service requirements. Cost Analysis: Conduct detailed cost analyses to align procurement options with budget constraints and quality standards. Negotiation: Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable contract terms. Compliance Monitoring: Ensure procurement activities comply with internal policies and external regulations. Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure purchased materials meet necessary quality metrics. Order Management: Oversee the entire ordering process, from requisition to final delivery.
